App Usage

Pickering Casino Resort is designed to enhance your hotel stay by providing room control and access to resort services. By using the App, you agree to do so legally and responsibly. You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute any part of the App.
• Use the App for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the developer.
• Disrupt, disable, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related hotel systems.

Intellectual Property

All assets within the App—including visuals, audio, interface design, text, branding, and design elements—are owned or properly licensed by Pickering Casino Resort. You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App. No rights are granted to copy, resell, or create derivative works.

Privacy and Data

Pickering Casino Resort collects minimal data necessary to provide room control and hotel services. The App does not include third-party trackers or advertising networks.
